概述
GD32E23x超值产品系列,基于 Cortex?-M23 内核,主频高达72MHz。对于必要紧凑设计的 MCU 和嵌入式利用,该系列通过幼巧而壮大的指令集和宽泛优化的设计提供优异能效,提供蕴含单周期乘法器和 17 周期除法器在内的高级处置职能。
GD32E23x系列 MCU提供高达 128KB 的嵌入式闪存和高达 16KB 的 SRAM。各类加强型 I/O 和片上表设衔接到两条 APB 总线。MCU 系列提供 1 个 12 位 ADC 和 1 个比力器、5 个通用 16 位按时器、一个根基按时器、1 个 PWM 高级按时器,以及尺度和高级通讯接口:最多 2 个 SPI、2 个 I2C、2 个 USART 和 1 个 I2S。它选取1.8V至3.6V电源供电,工作温度领域为-40°C至85°C。
